    About the seller

    Will Jameson and Philip Raby have been business partners since 2019, they both share a love of Porsche and are passionate about great customer service and attention to detail. Having driven nearly every production model the company have produced they are experts in the area and are always happy to share their knowledge with others.

    Philip Raby began his Porsche journey in magazine publishing. He was involved with the early days of 911 & Porsche World, before going on to launch and edit Total 911, the World’s only magazine dedicated solely to the iconic Porsche 911. He has written several books on Porsche (click here to see books) and has been a regular contributor to GT Porsche magazine. Philip Raby Specialist Cars was a natural progression of his passion.

    Ollie Barclay joined the team in 2020 as head technician. He has been a Porsche specialist technician since leaving college and has worked on a vast array of Porsches, from the earliest air cooled 911s, to the latest production model Macans and everything in-between. Ollie keeps things moving in our service centre and looks after the team ensuring a cheerful and efficient workplace.

    Finished in classic Arctic Silver Metallic with grey 19-inch Carrera Classic wheels, this 2005 Porsche 997 Carrera with manual transmission is a lovely looking car that has been really well maintained, including a rebuilt engine.

    The interior is full Ocean Blue leather with 12-way electrically adjustable seats with lumbar support and driver’s memory. Other options include Xenon headlamps, rear Park Assist, sunroof, rear wiper.

    The Porsche’s service history is exemplary and shows that the car has been very well maintained. The engine was rebuilt in 2021 at 101,108 miles (so it’s only done just over 4000 miles since). It has also had a new clutch, refurbished steering rack, various new suspension parts, a new sports exhaust system (which sounds wonderful), new air-conditioning condensors, and many other minor items to ensure that the car’s in excellent mechanical condition. It was last serviced in September 2023, so doesn’t need another until September 2025. It’s a car we have sold before, so we know it well.
